Our 2010 newly built house is located directly in the center of Serfaus!

Treat yourselves to a vacation in our newly renovated guesthouse with the appropriate level of comfort. Enjoy the familiar friendly atmosphere of the house and the breathtaking view of the mountains of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

APARTMENT S’UNTERSTE

The apartment on the ground floor has a floor space of approximately 65 m² and offers 2 double bedrooms, 2x shower / WC and a living room with kitchen and pull-out sofa for 4-6 persons.

APARTMENT S’MITTLERE

The largest of our apartments is located on the first floor and prepared for 6-10 people. The approximately 110 m² of floor space are divided into 3 double bedrooms, 1 room with the bunk bed, 3x shower / WC and a spacious living room with kitchen and a pull-out sofa.

The attic apartment has about 65 m² of floor space and has 2 double bedrooms, 2x shower / WC and a living room with kitchen and pull-out sofa. It can accommodate 4-7 people.

Die unkomplizierte und überaus freundliche Art des Gastgebers Stefan hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir bewohnten die grosse Dachwohnung, welche über einen modernen Ausbaustandard verfügt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, verfügte über WLAN und eine grosse Dachtetrasse. Den Frühstücksservice, welcher über ein eigenes App möglich gewesen wäre haben wir nicht genutzt, da diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Daniel, Schweiz
